The movement of the body, mind and soul has always fascinated me. I was already very active as a child on trees or other obstacles. I tried a lot of things from acrobatics, kick boxing to volleyball. I always liked to push myself hard and I found myself in weight training. Despite all these activities,  I've often had pain in my lower back, knees and feet. I also had problems with my posture.



 

Three years of training as a sports assistant allowed me to lay the foundation of my coaching career. Along the way, I was able to put my theoretical knowledge into practice in a gym. Now I work independently as a personal trainer and class instructor since January 2018.

Followed by several certifications and  periods of travels, I figured out how to become pain free and support my body. Through intentional and intuitive physical and mental training I have found my way to a better awareness of life. Through meditation and dance I find inner peace, become more focused and creative! I like to mix different movement styles together and listen to what my body needs at the moment. I additionally teach basic nutrition, detox (fasting), breathwork, fascia and mobility. I regularly practice Soft Acrobatics myself, which also influences my sessions and can support you.

 

My studies to become a life coach, 2017-2022, at DHGS Berlin, taught me how to be a coach and combine this with my work as a trainer. I learned how to unite and balance my body and my mind. And that's something I want to pass on!
