winter online classes
No matter what time zone you are in, you can take this class in the morning and in the evening. The exercises are adaptable for you so that you can participate at any time of your cycle, in stressful phases, with little energy or a lot of energy. We will start with the topic of mindfulness, then move on to mobility and movement and incorporate dance and acrobatic elements. The topic of somatics will also be addressed. At the end we will go into relaxation and learn techniques to regulate the nervous system.
All levels and people welcome. you only need some space, maybe a mat. A smile and openness to learn more about yourself.
