Let's work on your goals together. I will provide you with tools and develop a suitable training (program) with you. I integrate Pilates, Mobility, functional and fascia training, as well as movement, basic soft acrobatics, Feldenkrais, Yoga and relaxation as desired.

My approach to coaching is holistic: physical training, nutrition, routines and more

• 10 sessions: -15%

• 4 sessions per month: -10​%

• for unemployed, low-income, students: 60-90€â€‹
